Meet Greg
He is an Arizona native based in the Gilbert area and a proud graduate of Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business. Before becoming a full-time real estate agent, he spent nearly a decade running Prospector Homes, a home remodeling company he co-owned with his father in the East Valley. That hands-on construction experience gives Greg a unique advantage when helping clients buy or sell.
He deeply understands how renovation quality, design choices, and real-world project costs directly impact a home’s market value. Over the years, he has applied that structural expertise to his own successful home flips and to guiding everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned investors through their transactions.
In addition to his real estate sales business, Greg owns and operates a successful Airbnb property in Scottsdale, giving him first-hand insight into the local short-term rental market. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife and friends.
